Guest ctc Posted August 4, 2007 Posted August 4, 2007 I am trying to run Western Digital Data Lifeguard on my Dell Dimension 8300 win xp sp2 computer from a dos bootable cd and/or diskette to copy the entire contents, including hidden and system files, of an old IDE hard drive to a new SATA hard drive but the dos program won't run and the computer returns the error "Fatal Error TNT.11020: Application 'C:\DL.EXE' Has caused an exception: Divide by zero exception..." with many other codes listed. Please advise.
