Hi, my computer has trouble accessing the internet even though my other devices can use the same WiFi with no problem.

Hi, my laptop can’t connect to the internet. My other devices can use the same WiFi without any problems. On the network and internet page it says: Not connected. No internet, open. It says not connected even though I am connected to my WiFi. Sometimes it also says: Your device can only access other devices on your local network. Thank you for the help.
