PC i built a few weeks ago blue screens every time it turns on with a different error, even crashes in safe mode!

It’ll always bluescreen before or right when i get to my desktop, blocking me from actually doing anything. I tried to reset my drive but it blue screens during that process too, as well as when i use safe mode. I tried different command prompt methods and doing clearing corrupted files but they didn’t do anything. I also tried sending it to micro center and they checked everything and found no hardware issue, but then they reset the drive and it was gone(but it came back when i used it when i got it back). I don’t know what to do
