I'm trying to go to Advance Repair, I've reseting my pc for an hour still Advance Repair doesn't show up. Pls Help!

I'm getting Blue screen, stopcode: BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO everytime, so that's why i wanna go to Advance Repair
