Modern Setup host is using 100% disk. Windows 11 version 22H2 seems to be stuck at 43%. What do i do now?

I never had problems with windows updates before but today I have the problem described.Do I just let it run or is there something else I should do? It moved from 43% to 46% in the last 1/2 hour
