Why are there NEW changes AGAIN to editing photos in Micrososft??

I really WISH whoever is deciding to "CHANGE" the way to EDIT pictures in MICROSOFT would have left it ALONE the FIRST Time & the SECOND time!!! Now AGAIN (1-30-23) trying to find where to "EDIT" & how to EDIT the photographs again. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. The changes don't seem to make anything better. PLEASE JUST LEAVE IT AS "WAS"!
