Drive shows up multiple times in Explorer, how do I make one disappear from view?

Hi,As seen below Drive D: is shown multiple times in the Explorer.>For me this is very annoying because I click on it as a reflex when i am trying to go for Drive G: at times..How do I make the one marked in RED go away from there? All I need is under the "This PC" tree.. Please help!
