I am currently unable to factory reset it via advanced settings with the alt +f10 on bootup, unable to log into my account in which I keep getting the "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded" and I am unable to get into the account even if on safe mode. What do I do? I don't care about the actual files on the computer just that I want to be able to log back in again. The computer is also an Acer Spin 5.
