I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and I'm having this random .tmp file created on startup. If i try to delete the latest one created it says I can't because its in use in System. I'm very tech savvy, but I just cannot figure this out and I've tried ending processes to narrow it down with no success. Is this something to worry about? Should I reformat? As you can tell I'm OCD, theres just windows on this PC with Chrome, Steam, GPU and Wireless USB 802.11 drivers, and one game. I have nothing plugged in but speakers via 3.5mm audio output jack, monitor, wireless Onn. USB mouse and keyboard,
