High Latency and laptop optical drive is searching for a disk but no disk is inserted

I will record a sound of the problem soon as I canSystem InfoWindows 10, 10.0, version 2009, build: 19045 (x64)GL753VE, ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.I've asked this question before but I keep putting it off.
