User on school network cannot login on certain computer - Potential user profile corruption?

Hello everyone! I have an.. interesting issue with one of our users on a college network. We got a report where some users on a certain computer had their correct login credentials when signing into Windows 10 on one of the computers in their office fail every time. Most of these users are gone but there is one user who is still there who would enter their credentials on this specific computer and it would state that their login is incorrect. We then try to login on the computer next to it and they are able to login just fine. This is an issue we had for months but were unable to resolve, as w
