Win 11 won’t pass boot screen; monitor goes blank

This began after a video driver update. Initially I was able to use a system store point to get the monitor functioning but it now windows won’t boot at all and I get the blue screen of death with a bad system config error. None of the fix tools worked to repair the problem and it wouldn’t start in safe mode. I used a recovery disk to attempt a new install but when it restarted after finishing the install the monitor is still blank. I know it’s waiting for input because there is a voice with instructions for accessibility options. But there is no picture. It’s not the monitor itself because i
