Cant delete two files on desktop - Item not found - already tried multiple tips

So I have these two files that cant be deleted and they drive me crazy. I have already tried all of the common tips and solutions such as safe mode, different commands in cmd or powershell. In all cases, for windows these files just dont exist a yet they are still here and cannot be renamed or movedThey dont have any extensions but if I remember correctly they were originally mp4s that i have either moved or deleted but these **** remained here for some reason.
