Version: 22H2 Build 22621.1105 It was upgraded from Windows 10. Updated to 22621.1194 does not fix this. MS Store version: was 22212.1401.5.0. Uninstalled MS store GUI app using powershell does not fix this. Firewall: running properly. Live account to login. Switched to local account does not fix this. PIN code to login. Removed PIN login does not fix this. Checked computer's error log, there's no related error while clicking this. It still works but should response within 1 or 2 seconds not more than 30 seconds. No error message. No reported error in computer log. After leaving the signin-opt
