Possible to: Tick or cross off dates as they go by?

Recommended Posts

For example (lets say all cells have black text):

06 Aug 2007

07 Aug 2007

08 Aug 2007

If today is 06 Aug 2007, nothing happens, all cells have black text. Go to

sleep... now its 07 Aug 2007.

Is there a way to cross/tick off the previous days automatically with a

formula or conditional format? I want to make the text turn to red, eg. in

our above example 06 Aug 2007 should now turn red because we are now 07 Aug

2007.

Thanks in advance for some replies!! (I hope)

This forum is about xp general questions, if your asking about a spread

sheet, then you need to go to the office forum, besides you didn't state what

program your using to get these dates, no useful info.

What program are you talking about? This is a WINDOWS XP newsgroup.

That said, and presuming you're talking about Excel, my guess is that it can

be done with a macro, but don't quote me on that. What you need is an Excel

newsgroup.

Say what? Cells? Days? Where? Huh? Html code? VB code? Excel? The

windows calendar program? Am I being dense? Very possible, but I can

honestly say I have no idea what you're on about.
