I'm getting this error while preforming windows scan - "800b010a" in windows embedded standard OS 7

I have searched the error in the google and tired following the below link but still issue is not resolved https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/servicing-stack-update-for-windows-7-sp1-and-server-2008-r2-sp1-january-14-2020-4225b262-2df0-09fb-9762-6eb26fa29699I have installed the prerequisites KB articles (KB4490628, KB4474419 ) later tried to install below kb articles ( KB4536952, KB4534310 ) post reboot same error code I'm getting as windows scan ie., 800b010aKindly let me know what can be done to resolve the error in windows embedded standard OS 7.Note: Same error resolved in win
