Windows 10 search not working after W10 reset, only finding old executables. Reseting search index does not help.

I recently reset Windows 10 while keeping my files.Since the reset, I noticed the search function does not find any installed applications, despite those same apps appearing in the "All apps" list of the Start menu. However, the search seems to find shortcuts/links/whatever to the applications that were already uninstalled after resetting Windows.I tried fixing the search indexation by following the most common procedures, but any of them seems to work:- Updated Windows 10.- The search function does not work even after resetting the computer.- Running the 'Search and Indexing' troubleshooting
