Hi, I have a brand new lenovo idea pad 3 that isn't playing audio. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the audio drivers. I've tried updating the drivers from the intel website. I'm at a loss so far. Currently it shows the speakers are working but when I try to play any sound, the speakers are silent. (I.e when I click the test button in the audio settings, it shows sound playing on the volume bar, but no audio plays from the physical speakers.) When I plug in any headphones or ear buds, the computer doesn't recognize them. The only way I can get audio to play is pairing a bluetooth speaker.T
