PC Health Check tells me I cannot run Windows 11 on my desktop due to the Processor. I don't understand why not?

PC Health Check tells me I cannot run Windows 11 on my desktop due to the Processor. It is an Intel Core *** Email address is removed for privacy *** Ghz. Everything else seems ok. Any idea why it's not compatible?
