Microsoft 11 February 4, 2023 update, affected my camera

Microsoft 11 automatically installed an update the morning of February 4, 2023. About 9 hours later, I went on Zoom and saw the right half of my face was in the dark. I did everything suggested including uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom. Nothing worked. February 5, I saw it wasn't Zoom, it was the camera itself, which is built into Lenovo laptop (I think proper term is Integrated). I tried downloading other drivers and Microsoft and computer updates and followed a lot instructions. Nothing helped. In fact, some instructions, didn't work. Finally, someone suggested I delete current up
