quite a few problems, mostly pertaining to the windows store

when i try to open microsoft store, it loads for a couple of seconds then closes. i attempted to reset the cache, run the troubleshooter, reset the program, and update my time and date settings. i can no longer find microsoft store in search on apps and features. the xbox app does the same thing, and spotify doesnt open at all. i ran scf /scannow and it said it found and repaired some files, but there has been no difference. i tried running this command in admin cmd prompt "PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage *WindowsStore*).InstallLocation +
