Sumit,

If your USB device is picked up as a drive in My Computer & isn't showing then

try this:

Plug in the device

Right-click MY COMPUTER | MANAGE | DISK MANAGEMENT & if you see the device

listed, right-click it & change drive letter

Good idea to sort out USB2 high speed specific problems.

You could try to delete it from the drive tree and then reattach it.

Attaching it directely to an USB port on the computer's back side

is also a good idea to sort out problem with extension cables or

the internal cables to the front ports.

sumit,

I can't seem to get this link to work, but if you copy and paste to your

browser it links to a forum which has discussions on Sansa mp3 players. I

seem to remember that this problem has been on the e200 series forum.
