Access Remote Computer Services in Workgroup scenario

when i try to open in my workgroup remote computers services then display

error massage :

unable to open service control manage database on

\\Computer Name.

Access Denied.

 

Give me the right solution.

Try this way:

 

Right-click MY COMPUTER | MANAGE

Right-click Computer Management (Local) which is the top level item & CONNECT TO

A REMOTE COMPUTER

 

Choose the machine...
