Windows 11 Home, Sign in click doesn't show sign in options just shows lock screen.

Windows 11, I have face detection and PIN setup to Sign in. But when I click sign in it takes back to lock screen. Why the hell it doesn't show sign in options. I have tried running with all safe modes still it shows sign in button which I click and it shows lock screen.Also after restarts after clicking sign in for 1 seconds it shows welcome with loader but then shows lock screen.
