Need to connect to TV from Custom Windows 10

Hi All,In our workplace l, we are using a custom Windows 10 image which is supplied by our Global IT team.We have several TVs in our company which can be connected wirelessly. Android and Iphone is connecting without issue.But when we try to connect with our laptop using Win+K, it shows cannot connect. On the TV screen it will show that user1 is trying to connect by after sometime it just goes away.I feel there may be some policy we need to check. All other troubleshooting like wifi change, drivers update is done.
