Is anyone else seeing this? Windows defender problem shows same trojan threat in every file or folder

Windows defender shows same threat: Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.H!ml with same 3 affected items (3 nonexistent file locations) after any scan. The problem first showed up on 2/3/2023 after creating an executable using inno (as I have done many time before).
