PC won’t start up past loading HP screen no matter what i try. Farthest i’ve gotten is a blank home screen while being unable to click anything

One day my computer just shut down and was unable to start back up past the HP logo. No matter what methods i try in advanced options it always ends up the same. Looking for a method of a clean wipe of the entire computer.
