Is anyone having issues with icons of apps not displaying properly in the start bar?

This doesn't happen every time I open apps and it's not always the same apps. It's the ones that are currently correct. Apps that regularly display just as the generic icon. (This stupid system won't let me upload an image of the icon and doesn't have an error message. I tried reducing the size of the image and the file type) The icon is a white box with a blue rectangle in the middle, with small grey horizontal lines on either side of the blue box. I'm guessing it's like a generic app icon. Apps that regularly display this way but not always:-Figma-Adobe cc apps-Outlook-Teams-Affinity Designe
