This is the seventh circle of hell. I try to log in. I can't, I'm told, because my account is locked. Why? Nothing says. No problem, just contact support, including live Microsoft specialists! Where? I answer two questions in Microsoft's helpful Support page, and I'm right back where I started. No problem, just get a verification by SMS to *any* phone. Okay, I typed in my phone number. "We cannot send a text message to this number." Why not? No problem, just sign in to correct it. HOW? I can't sign in -- that's the problem!I've researched this issue on the Community Forum here.
