Windows Task Manager

Hello,

 

I am trying to remotely start the task manager but I have no way to send a

CTRL-SHIFT-ESC or CTRL-ALT-DEL. Is there a program I can launch?

Yes, it's taskmgr.exe in %windir%\system32.

Right-click the Taskbar, click Task Manager.
