Hello, I am receiving the message “system restore: to use system restore you must specify which windows installation to restore. Restart this computer select an operating system and then select system restore .” I cannot select an operating system. For background, my pc had been running slow in memory for a few months and with some ups and downs it had gotten too slow. I had run disk cleanup and disk fragmentation to fix but to not avail. Disk fragmentation would not optimize. I then ran a few tests in command prompt (I can not remember what they are. I’m sorry) which told me I had corrupted f
