i have re-installed Windows 10, and now when browsing, i almost always get a message tthe DNS server can't be found. how do i fix please

i have re-installed Windows 10, and now when browsing, i almost always get a message tthe DNS server can't be found. Needless to say this makes my pc slow I also have a program written in python that before the re-install worked fine, but now i get disconnected every single tine with message "Remote end closed connection without response"how do i fix please
