How to disable the option in password manager chrome that everytime iwanted to see a password i have to login to Microsoft

How to disable the option in the password manager in chrome every time i wanted to view the password it askes for the Microsoft password I searched for the solution someone said there is an option in chrome flag that i had to disable it but the problem that there isnt this option so I searched more until i saw someone said that i have to turn off the sync of the account i turned it off and nothing happened any solution?
