Lock screen vertical drawing artifacts descending from image description box.

See the attached image of a Windows 11 lock screen. I clicked on the background image description box, and when it appeared, there are vertical smudge lines descending from it all the way to the bottom of the screen. It doesn't cause any functional problems, but it looks sloppy.
