Key binds suddenly stopped working

A few days ago I noticed that I was no longer able to use the following key binds: CTRL + 2, CTRL + 3, and CTRL + 4. All other key binds work perfectly fine except for those three.I have tried using several different keyboards, in different ports and testing those keyboards on another machine where they work perfectly fineThe 2, 3 and 4 keys all work fine (obviously) and all other number shortcuts relating to those (eg: ctrl + shift + 2) still work fine
