Is uninstalling and reinstalling apps multiple times on Laptop bad? Will that make the app or the computer run slower?

I was having some trouble with my computer, so I uninstalled and reinstalled "StreamLabs" to see if that would fix the issue because I recently put some new settings to it and forgot what the original settings were. I uninstalled and reinstalled "StreamLabs" 2 times, only to realize that it was not the problem. It is bad to StreamLabs or my computer?
