I am the only user on my computer (window 11 home) and logged in as the administrator (I have already checked in setting->account), my email is a regular Hotmail account (not a school/work email).I tried to access the "Windowsapp" folder but it stated I need to provide administrator permission to change these attributes.I know I need to change the owner of the folder so I followed the instruction here. However, when I opened the "Advanced Security Settings for WindowsApps" window, in the "Owner" section, it stated, "Unable to display current owner." After applying the changes of selecting a
