I have a Nextbook fllexx9 and I'm currently stuck in recovery but it says my pc needs to be repaired aswell I can't factory reset it I can't hard rese

I can't reset my tablet my tablet constantly says that it's in recovery and my PC needs to be repaired so what is it that I do at this moment is the tablet no more good to me or is there a way that I can get around this
