Start apps from windows 10 not displayed in Windows 11. Where are they?

In the Windows 10 Start menu, I had arranged apps in orderly groups. In Windows 11, my apps and groups are not in the start menu. I only see suggested apps, a list of all apps and a search.This is extremely annoying. How can I recover my app groups from the Windows 10 start menu in Windows 11?
