Why does my monitor keep disconnecting from my computer?

For about the last year or so I’ve had this issue with my computer where it will randomly just disconnect with my monitors (both HDMI and DisplayPort cables). It doesn’t matter if I’m gaming, doing homework, or just browsing the internet, nothing will stop my computer from just disconnecting from my monitor. The computer doesn’t turn off and I can still hear the sound, but if I want to use my computer I have to reboot it and then it works again. I thought the problem was with my GPU, so I sent it back to the warranty people for them to look over, and they said it was all good. But I’ve been us
