can't access my drive, no admin permissions at all !

i was trying to delete a windows.old folder, didn't have any admin rights to it, tried to change that, and now i can't seem to do anything to see my drive or that folder again. my drive says NTFS under it, and every time i try to make myself an admin from its properties, it says, "Unable to set new owner on OS (OC:). Access is denied." i can't open command prompt as an admin, can't set myself to one at all, can't even open task manager or anything like that. i just wanna make it how it was before since i have never ever touched things like this at all. i have no files on here that i have to s
