No Microsoft Store installed or available. New mini PC (BeeLine) with Windows 11. How can I get this installed?

Brand new Windows 11 PC (Beeline). Attempting to install apps previously installed on old system but no response from Windows Store. Checked Windows Store and it is not installed. How can this be resolved?
