How do you (or can you) change a outlook data file (just the name)

I install Office2019 Home and Student. Is one drive the default? Initially it tried to backup all files to one drive. I unlink the One Drive and it removed the one drive backup, but one thing is didnt do was to change the name of a data file. The file name had one drive in it. I was installing office 2019 for a friend. Even though it doesn't go to one drive, my friend doesn't like it. Is there any way to change the data file's name in outlook without causing future prolems?
