Why does my PC Crashes when starting or playing a game?

Hi team. Getting occasional system unresponsive issues, freezing on windows 10, finishing with a BSOD.This freezing happens when im starting or playing a game.Can you help me to understand and fix this issue ?This started after i upgraded my PC, here are my components:Mainboard: AsRock B450 Pro4 BIOS 5.6 (Latest Version)CPU: OLD - AMD Ryzen 5 2600x-> NEW - AMD Ryzen 9 5900xGPU: OLD - Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 Windforce-> NEW - Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 Gaming OC LHRRam: OLD - Corsair Venegance LPX 2x8GB, 3200Mhz, DDR4-RAM,DIMM-> NEW - Corsair Venegance LPX 2x16GB, 3200Mhz, DDR4-R
