How do I fix the oldstyle Alt-Tab cycle bar from appearing?

So everytime I have Rainbow Six Siege in Focus and I Alt-Tab out of it, the old design appears. In Full-Screen Mode this is a real issue cause when you press it once it already switches to the next open Window. Then, if I hit it again the old design overlays with the new design and you are unable to use it anymore. I´ve contected the Rainbow Support and the Windows Support already, however they are either out of ideas or not that competently.
