Last Windows 11 update reboots Touch Keyboard

Windows 11 Dell Laptop, Running thru Dell Docking station with external Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse. Has been working fine for over a year. Nothing has changed except the Windows 11 update. The TouchKeyboard (TabTip) conflicts with my Sage Accounting software. Every time I go to save a receipt transaction with 10 or more line items, the program crashes. When I re-open Sage, the transaction has been saved, but system crashes every time I save one. If I disable the TouchKeyboard, everything works perfectly. Problem is, the last Windows 11 update evidently restored the Keyboard in some way
