Get Help app on Win 11 says I'm trying to use a personal email address where only corporate ones are allowed.

frustrated with the Get Help app mis-diagnosing that I have a personal email address, when I don't at all.My business buys a corporate email domain through Google Workspace, but Microsoft doesn't recognize it. What can be done about mischaracterizing my email address as a personal one? My larger question, should you be able to enlighten me, is that when I set up a new computer for one of my users, they made me sign up for an Outlook email for her. Having done so, I'm wondering under what circumstances the user would need to log in to that account? Do they ever send email messages there, or do
