Is there any way to fix a laptops graphics card?

Hello so recently my laptops (Lenovo Legion 5) button broke , and I took it to a repair center, my laptop didnt have any issues before my button broke so I was very surprised when I got my laptop back and had a weird issue , it turned on very slow then the fans were very loud then and after 20 seconds my laptop turned off. I fixed the issue somewhat and I noticed that my dedicated graphics card didnt work and my laptop switched to its integrated graphics, when I looked in the bios I saw that the integrated graphics were picked so I switched to the dedicated graphics and now my laptop doesnt ha
