OneDrive Moved all files - cannot access desktop, downloads, etc.

I moved the files in my OneDrive folder into my personal vault to clear up some room. This were mostly photos and some ppt and documents and some videos. After this my entire desktop, downloads, photos, all my computer files were gone. I reset my OneDrive to yesterday, but all my files that were in system folders are still missing and I am getting the error "C:\Users\myname\OneDrive\Folder is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the netw
