How do I delete driver or change permissions to delete driver from Sys32?

I am having trouble deleting the driver xusb21.sys. It is the Xbox 360 Controller driver, but it does not seem to work. It does not appear in Device Manager. When I found it in System32 and tried to delete it, I get an error saying I need permission from SYSTEM to do so. I need to delete it because it is incompatible with Memory Integrity and I cannot disable it from the Windows Security menu for some reason.
